Located at Pima’s Downtown Campus, this two-story, 50,000-square-foot facility has the cutting-edge technology and training resources to prepare you for a good career in automotive technology.

The center functions like the service department at a car dealership. You’ll see cars on lifts and areas to work on vehicle tune ups. Industry partnerships mean more training for specific brands.

The Automotive Technology and Innovation Center opened in 2021 as the first facility in Pima’s Center of Excellence for Applied Technology.

Online Career Training & Personal Interest Courses

Pima partners with Ed2Go to offer convenient and affordable ways to learn about hundreds of topics. Try one class to see what you gain. Almost all our Ed2Go participants (96%) register for more noncredit courses after attending their first.

Ed2Go courses are online career and skill development courses with collaboration in online discussion forums. You’ll also find self-paced classes.

These online classes are noncredit and do not transfer as credit for Pima Community College degrees.
