Traffic Survival School

Course: Traffic Survival School

The underlying principles of Traffic Survival School (TSS) are those of Choice Theory developed by Dr. William Glasser with the goal of helping participants meet their needs in a positive, responsible manner by identification of problem behaviors, choosing need-fulfilling behaviors, and developing an action plan to change unwanted behavior. During TSS, students are actively involved in evaluating their driving habits and making decisions about their driving behaviors. Participants will interact within small groups throughout the course.

Info: Students attending TSS under a court mandate are required to present the court order prior to the start of class. The court order must explicitly state Traffic Survival School is required. Per state rules, once the class has started, late entry is not permitted.  This policy is strictly enforced with zero exceptions.
