What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site, the data shown in the comments form, i.e., the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string, are identified to help spam detection.
Avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included which can extract location data from images.
Information provided in forms is not used for marketing. This information is retained until the interaction is complete.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Regulations
Students of Pima Community College are protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. FERPA protects records that relate to a student and are maintained by an educational institution. FERPA requires the written consent of a parent or eligible student before disclosure of any personally identifiable information from a student education record such as social security number, student identification number and indirect identifiers like gender, race and anything that could help someone find out who the student is.
